Having graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Master’s Degree in Accounting and Finance, Xiao has been serving the Central Florida real estate community since 2004. As both a licensed Real Estate Broker and Real Estate Developer, she is well versed in working with both domestic and international buyers, sellers, and investors. Her background in accounting and finance allows for a unique insight when it comes to identifying and analyzing the potential of real estate investment properties in an effort to ensure a seamless transaction process for her clients.
